The Messe des pêcheurs de Villerville (Mass of the fishermen of Villerville) is a missa brevis written by Gabriel Fauré in collaboration with his former pupil André Messager. The Kyrie and the O Salutaris were composed by Messager, the Gloria, Sanctus and Agnus Dei by Faure. A later version, published as Messe basse, contained only movements composed by Fauré.
If you know of a Website from which can freely and lawfully be downloaded a printable Vocal score for this Work, even though it may not be exactly the same as the one used to make the Midi Files below, please let me know the address.
There is an excellent performance of this Work by the Orquesta del Departamento de Música de la Universidad de la Ciudad de Taipei, under Zhang Jiayu, on YouTube starting here.
Here is a "clickable" Table of the available Midi Files for this Work. My thanks to Jean-François Daussy, who lent me his NWC2 Files.
