War Requiem

There is an excellent performance of this Work, conducted by the Composer, Benjamin Britten, himself, by the London Symphony Orchestra Chorus, Highgate School Choir and the Bach Choir on YouTube starting here.

Here is a "clickable" Table of the available Midi Files for this Work. In these Files the SSAATTBB Chorus Voices are on Channels 1,5,2,6,3,7,4,8 - SATB-SATB format - and are sounded by piccolo/whistle, clarinet/flute (or cor Anglais), French horn/trombone and bassoon/tuba. The Children are piccolo and flute on Channels 1 and 4.

My grateful thanks to Mike Gibson, whose NWC2 Files I made much use of.
