The Pelicantata

The Work, commissioned by Stroud Choral Society, is a musical, indeed operatic, adaptation of Roald Dahl's story "The Giraffe and the Pelly and Me"; the words are by Donald Sturrock, the music by Peter Ash. Read here about how the Pelicantata was born.

With the approval of the Composer, Stroud Choral Society also commissioned, for use as Rehearsal Aids, the Midi Files listed below.

The World Premiere of the Work will be/was at Bath Abbey early in 2017.
